Kari Carson caught our attention at an open house when she mentioned that she was a buyer’s agent. She seemed genuine, and we connected with her right away. At the time we were not seriously considering a home purchase so we got her card and moved on. Over the next couple of months, after many more open houses and many agents who wanted to take us on as clients, Kari hadn’t escaped our minds. Also, Kari’s connections in escrow were stellar. We had initially planned not to use any professionals suggested by our agent because we were worried that ulterior motives (such as pushing the sale through) would take precedence over doing a thorough investigation of the home. That was not the case here. Because Kari was so honest and trustworthy we felt comfortable choosing from her top suggestions. We found out through research that all were highly rated and we had good experiences with each one.

Kari is an agent that we will eagerly recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. She is smart, reliable, honest, organized, timely, capable, and a delight to work with.
