“We were captivated when we first met Kari Carson by chance at an open house. Perhaps it was because of her charisma, knowledge or just the simplicity in which she explained the house buying process to us, who had spent hours researching.”
To prospective buyers,
When you are a kid, you find that one teacher that motivates you to learn and be all you can be. When you are in college, you find the professor, the business professional, the artist or the entrepreneur that you look up to. When you get a job, you find the mentor that guides you in your career and professional development. So why should buying a house be any different?
To most people, buying their first home is the most important financial decision they will ever make. As you start the process, you have more questions than answers and it’s important to find that one individual that alleviates your concerns, speaks on your behalf and frankly holds your hand. I’m glad to say that we found that person in the purchase of our first home.
After frustratingly looking and researching on our own for several months, with weekends consumed by open houses, we were captivated when we first met Kari Carson by chance at an open house. Perhaps it was because of her charisma, knowledge or just the simplicity in which she explained the house buying process to us, who had spent hours researching.
The process to find our first home wasn’t easy, especially with rapidly rising prices, multiple competing offers over listing price, and the unfortunate realization that you just can’t quite afford that dream home. But Kari stood by us; not only patiently showing several homes and guiding us through financial decisions, but also putting up with the demanding, and often second-guessing first-time home buyers. It was particularly impressive to see how Kari took accountability for the entire process and the outcome at every stage, rather than allowing it to become disjointed by transferring the responsibility to the lender or escrow or whomever it may have been. She was truly an agent acting on our behalf.
Talk about dedication! During the six months it took to look for a home and get the keys, have we mentioned Kari was seven months pregnant? She was so dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible, that we even talked as she was lying in the hospital bed. Also, we can’t forget to mention her numerous personal letters following up months after the deal was settled. How many people do you know that follow up?
In short, if you are reading this and live in the La Canada/Glendale area, do not hesitate, Kari Carson is YOUR PERSON too!
