Happy New Year to you and to your loved ones.

While I am confident that we both had doubts it would ever actually happen, the looking for, negotiating, escrow-ing, and moving to a new place have actually come and gone. However, the craziness continues. I basically have one bed, three televisions, and about a million boxes (well, maybe not quite a million). Thanks to the help and support of a few close individuals, the hard part is done. Now that the pressure of moving out of the old place is off, I can (try to) relax about the moving in to the new place.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the assistance you provided throughout the process. From the first time I met you at the Open House for the place on Community, I had the feeling that you could be the right person to help get the task done. You were efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and calm, while remaining professional throughout. You always took the time from your schedule to answer any questions I had and did so in a timely manner. I know I’m not always the easiest person to work with.

I do still have many doubts about whether I did the right thing. Can I really afford this? Should I have waited for a “more perfect” place? Am I in the right city? Is it really too close to the freeway? I can say, though, that one of the things I am confident about is my choice of an agent. Who knows? Maybe I will find myself moving again in short time. Please know that if I do, I would not hesitate to call upon your services again; likewise, if I have the opportunity to recommend you to anyone in a similar situation, I wouldn’t think twice about doing so.
